A
true love story: Marcia
and Carlos met in Marcia’s home town of St. Louis while Carlos
was in town on a business trip from Mexico. Friends and family
watched as two different worlds came together. After a short
courtship Carlos moved to the USA and they were married. Shortly thereafter
they moved to Michigan for Carlos’ job with Nissan where they
began their own family with the birth of their daughter Adriana. Soon thereafter they
moved to Tennessee. Adriana is a very active, loving, friendly girl. She is currently
involved in gymnastics, horseback riding, soccer, and attends St. Rose
Pre-School. Marcia
has a very flexible schedule that allows them the opportunity to stay
in Mexico with family for extended periods of time, studying and
playing. Marcia
has fallen in love with Spanish and the ability for children to learn a
language at such a young age. Since Adriana is bi-lingual, that has
influenced the decision for Marcia to start a business teaching Spanish
to children. Carlos
is a very loving, active, Christian father and husband, trying always
to provide the best for his family. He is involved in
karate and they all are involved at New Vision Baptist church. They would like to
expand their family and since having a miscarriage they have decided to
adopt. After
much prayer and many opening doors it seems that adoption is
God’s direction for them also.
